This is an index of documents, diagrams, information and resources for teachers. The collection was created by teachers on summer assignment to make a better outreach material available to other teachers and groups that are planning a trip to the Lab.

  • Jr. Scientist Kit
    The Junior Scientist Kit has 14 activities to help students learn about the lab. The kit is most appropriate for grades k-6. The kit is available in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF formats.
  • Classroom Worksheets
    These worksheets include pre-visit and post-visit activities, and may be appropriate for classes unable to visit the laboratory. A particle physics information sheet is made available for teachers. These worksheets are appropriate for grades 7-12 and some worksheets may only be suitable for high school classes with a background in physics or chemistry. Materials are available in Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF Formats
  • Classroom Presentations
    These presentations may be used as classroom visual aids or for teacher reference. All presentations are in Microsoft Powerpoint.
  • Games, Puzzles, Posters and Brochures
    An assortment of classroom aids in various formats.
